Screening Interview for Entry-Level Bank Examiner Candidates

The interview is an important part of the selection process. The interview is designed to determine whether your knowledge, skills, abilities, and interests are compatible with a career as a National Bank Examiner. During your interview, you should be prepared to talk about your work experience, education, accomplishments, career goals, and interests. Interviewers will also discuss some of the important aspects of the examiner position and give you an opportunity to ask questions about what it’s like to be a bank examiner and to work for the OCC.
