Please be advised that Alert 2004-14, dated July 20, 2004, is
hereby rescinded and is no longer effective or operative.

You should disregard all information contained in the Alert.  A
lack of coordination at the State Department resulted in a
failure to identify Mr. Gordon Kingma as a State Department
employee.

The suggested action in the Alert of providing notification to
the State Department or the OCC is not necessary.
