     Comptrollers (Districts); District Administrators; District Counsel and Examining
     Personnel.

     Please be advised that the above-named entity may be conducting a banking business 
     in the United States without authorization.  The Office of the Comptroller of the
     Currency has not chartered this entity.  The State Banking Department of California
     has issued a Cease and Desist Order from conducting a banking business in California.
