OCC Deputy Comptroller Testifies on Mark-to-Market Accounting
WASHINGTON — Deputy Comptroller for Regulatory Policy Kevin J. Bailey testified today about the use of mark-to-market accounting before the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government Sponsored Enterprises of the House Committee on Financial Services.
The Office of the Comptroller of
