||Letter concludes that Section 16.5(a) is applicable to FDIC-Guaranteed senior unsecured debt ("Eligible Debt") that matures on or before June 30, 2012, the expiration date of the FDIC's guarantee under the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program.
