Weekly Bulletin Download
In May of 2013, the OCC introduced a new format for the Weekly Bulletin. The new format follows the introduction of a new system called the Central Application Tracking System (CATS). CATS, which went live internal to the OCC at the end of April, facilitates the submission of electronic filings to the OCC. The New Weekly Bulletin is published in PDF format. (Previous Weekly Bulletins in the old format are available below). Details on the transactions appearing in the New Weekly Bulletin can be retrieved through the Corporate Applications Search (CAS), a replacement for the Corporate Applications Activity Search (CAAS). Pre-April 21, 2013Plain-text files of Weekly Bulletins are available for download by selecting the ending date of the week of the bulletin from the list below. The documents are quite lengthy and are compressed for download in ZIP files. If you don’t have the software necessary to open these files, you can download a free version from the PKWare Web site. These documents will display best when imported into a word processing program in landscape page layout using a fixed-space font like Courier in 8-point size. Past Weekly Bulletin Issues |
