Expanding Innovative Strategies to Finance Accessory Dwelling Units in California’s Central Valley

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco are sponsoring a webinar on May 17, 2023. Focused on increasing the supply of accessory dwelling units (ADU), the webinar presenters will discuss barriers to financing ADUs and highlight innovative ADU financing strategies. The webinar will review opportunities for bankers to partner with stakeholders throughout the Central Valley to expand scalable affordable housing strategies. The webinar is designed for staffs of community development financial institutions, housing developers, affordable housing organizations, philanthropic organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies engaged in the development of affordable housing.
