Community Reinvestment Act for Community Based Organizations: Partnering for Success

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond – Baltimore Branch will host a webinar on March 1, 2023. The webinar will help staff of community-based organizations, state and local agencies, and nonprofit organizations better understand the basics of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and its practical application to their initiatives and projects involving partnerships or financial dealings with banks. Presenters will discuss the types of bank activities that qualify for CRA consideration and address how organizations can partner with banks to meet the credit and community development needs of their communities.
