Victor Osorio

Victor Osorio has been the Assistant Deputy Comptroller of the Louisville, Ky., office since March 2021. He supervises 22 team members and 23 financial institutions with nearly $17 billion in total assets. Since joining the OCC in 2004, Mr. Osorio has worked as the Associate Deputy Comptroller Analyst in the Central District office; a team lead in Enterprise Governance Supervision in Washington, D.C.; the Assistant Deputy Comptroller Analyst in the Louisville field office; and as a field examiner in the Louisville; Jacksonville, Fla.; and Birmingham, Ala., offices.

Mr. Osorio has a wide variety of supervision experience as a portfolio manager, examiner-in-charge, and loan portfolio manager in all types of community banks. He has completed numerous assignments in midsize and large banks, including shared national credits reviews.

Before joining the OCC, Mr. Osorio worked at US Bank NA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Florida and a master of business administration from Western Kentucky University.
