Bobbie Kennedy is a Technical Expert for Community Reinvestment Act & Fair Lending in the Bank Supervision Policy Department at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
In this role, Ms. Kennedy serves as a senior advisor to the Deputy Comptroller for Compliance Risk Policy. She provides counsel on policy issues related to Community Reinvestment Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, fair lending, and Fair Housing Act compliance.
Ms. Kennedy was previously the Associate Deputy Comptroller for Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Lending in the Compliance and Community Affairs Department.
Ms. Kennedy joined the OCC after 20 years with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) as a Federal Compliance Regulator and Senior Compliance Project Manager. Before joining OTS, she worked for Merrill Lynch and Co.
Ms. Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and international business from Lehigh University and a master of business administration degree from Boston College focusing on strategic planning and operations management.
