Generational Crossroads (Crossroads)

Crossroads is focused on bringing generational awareness to the workplace by leveraging and providing support to OCC's multi-generational workforce. The OCC's workforce is comprised of four distinct generational groups—Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y/Millennials.

Crossroads supports all employees whether they are just starting out, well into their career, or transitioning into a new one by helping them to:

  • Increase professional development and enhance leadership skills,
  • Improve awareness for navigating and succeeding in OCC’s work culture, and
  • Engage in opportunities to interact with different individuals and bridge the gap between the generations in the OCC’s workforce.
