Public Comments on Comptroller's Licensing Manual Draft Supplement: Evaluating Charter Applications From Financial Technology Companies

On March 15, 2017, the OCC published and solicited comments on a draft supplement to the Comptroller's Licensing Manual titled Evaluating Charter Applications From Financial Technology Companies. Comments may be submitted by emailing specialpurposecharter@occ.treas.gov through April 14, 2017.

In general, the OCC will publish all comments and supporting materials on its Website. Comments and supporting materials will be published without change, including any business or personal information provided such as name, address, email address, or phone number. Do not include any information in your comments or supporting materials that you consider confidential or inappropriate for public disclosure.
