Theo White has been an IT Systems Analyst at OCC Headquarters since 2010. He is the IT Functional Lead supporting the Office of Security’s HSPD-12 Badging and Credentialing Program. He is also the IT Technical Lead supporting Workplace Services’ COBS application’s digital signage.
Before his current position, Mr. White was an IT Specialist supporting the OCC’s PASS and eDocs applications.
Mr. White joined the OCC in 2006 as an IT Capital Planning and Investment Control Specialist. Since then, he has been an active volunteer member in multiple Employee Network Groups and worked as a team lead and resource member of the of High School Scholars Internship Program. Mr. White has been a Steward and was elected Chief Steward of the National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 302 at OCC Headquarters. He currently holds roles as President of Generational Crossroads and Vice President of NTEU Chapter 302.
Mr. White graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a bachelor of science in business. He also holds a master’s certification in IT project management.
