Arianne C. Minks

Arianne C. Minks is the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

In this role, Ms. Minks is responsible for assisting the Chief of Staff with advancing the Comptroller’s priorities and coordinating policy and operations within the OCC, on an interagency basis, and with the Administration. She assumed this role in August of 2025.

Prior to joining the OCC, Ms. Minks was in private practice at a major law firm where she advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and SEC compliance. She has experience in both the private and public sectors including the U.S. Department of the Treasury where she served as a Special Assistant in the Office of the Secretary and as Special Assistant to the General Counsel. Ms. Minks began her federal service in the U.S. House of Representatives working for a Texas Congressman.

Ms. Minks holds a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in Business Honors with a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
