Chief Executive Officers of All National Banks, Federal Savings Associations, and Federal Branches and Agencies; Department and Division Heads; All Examining Personnel; and Other Interested Parties
On December 1, 2025, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (collectively, the agencies) published a request for information (RFI) on regulatory reporting burden.
This request for information applies to all banks1 that may want to comment on the RFI.
The RFI solicits input on sources of regulatory reporting burden for institutions that file any of the three versions of the Consolidated Report of Condition and Income (call report) (FFIEC 031, FFIEC 041, or FFIEC 051).
Comments must be submitted on or before January 30, 2026.
