WASHINGTON—Comptroller of the Currency Jonathan V. Gould today discussed resolution planning in remarks prepared for delivery at the American Bar Association Banking Law Committee Meeting.
In his remarks, Comptroller Gould shared his views on resolution planning requirements put in place following the 2008 financial crisis. Comptroller Gould also encouraged dialogue on the merits of resolution planning and the need for reforms.
