Residential Appraisals
Appraisals are professional judgments of the market value of real property. Interagency guidelines address supervisory matters relating to these appraisals and provide guidance to examining personnel and federally regulated institutions about prudent appraisal and evaluation policies, procedures, practices, and standards.
